My family tends to prefer to fall asleep with some sort of white noise playing, but I got tired of playing those noises from my phone or tv. I love that this has set noises already with different options - no struggling to find a good video online anymore. I enjoy the quality and relaxation properties of the sounds that come with this white noise device.

I like the nature ones for sleeping. The volume settings are nice and low for sleeping and can go pretty loud if you want. And I mean really loud too!!
